In all cases, we counsel individuals before the start of blessing services. For some, this may be a simple time of questions and answers to determine the best approach for us to use in conducting the rituals. Often, we can do this right over the phone and make an appointment to perform the blessing. In other cases, the circumstances and complexity may demand more time and even a preliminary visit to gather data and obtain the necessary information so that the service may be conducted properly. We gladly take the time to get to know your personal situation so that the blessing performed will accomplish what you need it to do.
Counseling, itself, may be a "one time" requirement to gather information as mentioned above, it may be a series of visits to you and the place of the blessing to be performed as well as counseling conducted after the blessing for providing further instruction to you and your family. One important note is to add that not everyone needs to be counseled beyond simply setting up the service to be done. The nature of your needs actually will be the most determining factor in whether or not you or we feel it is best to spend more time exploring or dealing with the situation at hand. If you have been experiencing a lot of negativity in your home, you will undoubtedly want to be counseled to understand better what is going on in your home and how we can jointly address the problems to correct them quickly without bringing more upset to family members.
For difficult situations requiring our attention, counseling is required, and if applicable, you will be told of this before setting appointments. After a blessing is completed, we sometimes advise that clients do call us after a week, month or other duration for discussing if a subsequent visit and any modifications need to be made to enhance a blessing that has improved your life and yet other areas were not mentioned or addressed to us during the initial blessing. Counseling is available for individuals and families so that all persons involved receive the full benefit of understanding what is going on and what is being done to improve or otherwise rectify a situation.
