Here at Caring HARTS, we're glad that you found us during your search for wedding vendors to make your day complete. Perhaps it was by a google search or a direct link from one of the many fine wedding web sites around the country who have welcomed us as a quality service provider. In any case, you have seen what we hope is considered by you to be a comprehensive Special Wedding Section for our siteweb. However, despite trying to answer a lot of the most requested questions which couples like to find as they go about the research stage of exploring a wedding officiant, we know that nothing can or does replace that personal interaction of a telephone call or visit to our office. Only then can you have all of your questions precisely answered, fully determine the pricing for the ceremony type, style and features you need and get a chance to explore your ideas.
As we discussed in a previous section, you can arrange to have a completely thorough conversation with us by phone and even book your wedding with our office right then and there. For those whose travel restraints, location or other demands prohibit an immediate appointment, this is the best solution until your time is freed up. For those wishing to discuss everything and show us ideas in person, etc., we recommend getting together at our office (at least at some point between now and your wedding).

We also make office appointments during these times too so if you and your fiance' work separate shifts, the night shift or have some other difficult schedule, understand that we will make time to talk to you according to your schedule. Life often has many demands on one's time and so we want to make it convenient to see us or talk on the phone.

The two of you are special people and you need to feel comfortable with us as well AS PEOPLE. When you hire us at Caring HARTS to officiate at what is to become the single most important event in your life (excluding having your children and a few other highly special days), it's nice to know that the people you will be dealing with like and respect you, will follow your instructions and deliver the kind of ceremony you wish for each other.
