Caring HARTS offers five unique and equally terrific wedding packages. Each is designed to fit different budgets and preferences for the degree of involvement one may wish from us. The Wedding Ceremony Packages are as follows:
THE "COUPLE-ON-THE GO" WEDDING
This is our Economy Maximizer plan. For couples wishing to get started enjoying their lives together, we perform this ceremony in our serene living area setting day or night (24 hour notice required). The service is a spiritual start to your lives together. Fee: $100
THE "BEAUTIFUL BEGINNINGS" WEDDING
For those wishing more than just a typical service AT THE COURTHOUSE, you get a wonderfully tailored wedding ceremony at the location of your choosing. This is ideal for backyard BBQ style get togethers or quaint family festivities of 4- 20 close friends. This 10 minute service is a joy to be a part of, tender at all the right moments & won't make you nervous - we find it amazing how many of your friends experience this ceremony and call us to perform the same kind for them. Very modestly priced.
THE "TRUE LOVE" WEDDING
Here is GREAT choice for the couple who wants to choose their own vows and have a bit longer and more ceremonial fifteen minute service. This is wonderful for those groups of 20 - 50 people getting together at a restaurant, park, banquet facility outdoors area, family home, etc. for an intimate wedding of closest family and friends.
THE "SWEET & ELEGANT" WEDDING
We like to refer to this as our contemporary couples' solution for a wedding. It is great for those wanting a civil or slightly religious (but not over-done ceremony) to take place over about a 22 minute period of time. It leaves out the more religious and traditional ceremony features in favor of a streamlined wonderfully crafted experience. This has become one of our most popular choices in recent years as couples opt away from the other longer versions of services. Here your 75 - 125 person audience will love the ceremony you have in store for them because we provide a beautiful yet shorter version of the standard wedding package at a more affordable price (yet your guests will never see you are on a budget). There is a place for your favorite tradition, too (i.e. Candle Lighting, Sand Blending, Tree Planting, Tasting of the 3 Flavors of Love, etc.)
A "LIFETIME OF MEMORIES" WEDDING
This ceremony is nicknamed the Caring HARTS Standard Wedding Package. We review and discuss beforehand all the readings, prayers and features so the only surprises are good ones. You get 2 free Pre-Marital sessions included here and the opportunity to customize and add your favorite passages and vows to the service. AND, we include the scheduling of an 1 1/2 hour long rehearsal to ensure that everything works out perfectly and you can rest with complete peace of mind. This 30 minute ceremony is what many couples think of a traditional wedding as being like (without the Mass attached) and is heralded as an outstanding ceremony by couples making their wedding nuptials at the finest hotels and banquet facilities available to them. This is for those who want and expect the best..... because that is exactly what you get. Whether you are choosing an intimate gathering of 60 people or upward to 200+ guests, this ceremony WILL start your day off right and set the tone for a fantastic reception afterwards.
As each couple is unique so to it should be that each ceremony stands up and says, "This wedding is different from others I have attended." This is why we allow great flexibility in adding other features that may exist in other packages as well as ideas that you personally have thought of for your day.
Caring HARTS is all about providing those EXTRA Loving Touches which make your wedding stand out and be remembered. One prominent aspect of standard wedding packages is our alter table elegantly draped in white, ivory, and other colors to be compatible to your wedding colors. Additionally, some indoors or outdoors ceremonies may be accented with our dreamy "Arch of Flowers". Side tables used for presentation usually have draping and your chosen accent pieces for the intended usage (for roses to be placed for the mothers, for the unity candle ritual, etc.). We have a wide selection of accessories in our religious and non-religious categories.
Will you be having a DJ perform music selections for the ceremony or perhaps provide microphones???? If not, ask us about OUR audio services available for your wedding. For those wanting wedding or romance musical selections but have not secured a DJ or other to play songs during a ceremony, we can provide music CDs.We have professional equipment and staff who can be there to ensure that every tender word is heard AND each song is wonderfully flowing through the air to your guests.
