About Dr. Robert D. Russell, MBA, D.D., Ph.D.
Robert Russell is the youngest of three children. He lived in the small town of Hudson, Massachusetts until age 26 when he decided to move to Illinois to assist his brother in establishing a business. Growing up was probably typical of most middle income families. At the age of 13, he got his first job working at a local fruit and vegetable farm. He attended and excelled at Hudson Catholic High, received several scholarships and opted to seek his bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts. Academic life there consisted of study in business, computer science and psychology. His social life was focused on campus student politics and he quickly was voted in to many positions throughout his time there including, Cashin Dormitory Treasurer, Sylvan Area Rep and eventually elected as one of approximately 25 Student Senators for this 40K+ student population. While in his home state after graduation, he pusued a career path which brought him to different leading companies where he worked in the computer (MIS) areas of accounting / finance and later went on to join a prestegious Boston based real estate development and management firm. He was a accepted as a member in Rotary Club, sought and received the following qualifications: Certified Property Manager of IREM coursework, Certified Real Estate Appraiser, Certified Occupany Specialist of HUD Housing, Massachusetts Real Estate Sales and Brokers licences and Russell published his first book entitled, "PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: Securing The Apartment Community" which was highly praised in trade publications and the industry.
During the early years living in Illinois, Russell met his now wife of 20 years, received his MBA from Chadwick University, worked in some leading Chicago area firms and helped devote time to raising their three sons. In 1997 he formed what is now Caring HARTS, a company dedicated to helping singles and couples to establish and nurture loving relationships. Russell became a paid contributor writing articles and Q&A column responses in national singles publications and for dating web sites. He continued his studies and research in psychology, published several more books including "The Ten Essential Strategies For Finding Your Dream Girl" and received his Ph.D. in Psychology in 2006. In 2007, he received his D.D. (Doctor of Divinity) and is ordained as a Reverend with Universal Life Church {a non-denominational doctrine} of Modesto, CA. Dr. Russell now spends his time continuing his role in the raising of their growing family and expanding Caring HARTS to include products and services that today's patrons come to expect and appreciate in a human relations company that focuses on nurturing loving couples.
